I guide women through some of the most vulnerable seasons of their lives - pregnancy, motherhood, personal growth - and I hold space for them to feel strong, soft, and seen.

My sessions are raw, creative, and all heart. You might show up a little nervous but you’ll leave feeling more like you than ever.
